Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
If there is a mistake on our end (wrong item received), please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item received
• A photo of the packing slip
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund for the item.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen at checkout. Please review our sizing chart before purchasing.

Processing & Shipping
Processing time is 3-4 business days, weekend is not included in this time!
Once processed, orders ship within 3–5 business days, weekend is not included in this time depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed once shipped.
Styled wigs (curls or crimps) may slightly loosen during transit — this is normal and not considered damage.
If your wig is ready sooner, it may ship the next business day.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking has been issued, we are no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before submitting. We cannot edit orders once they are processed.

Custom & Revamp Services
Custom and revamp orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once work has begun.

Class Policy
All wig classes are considered a service and are non-refundable.
Once your class is booked, your seat is reserved just for you.
If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance and we can choose another available date.
No-show or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the payment.

BYOB (Bring Your Own Bundles) Policy:
All custom units are created according to the exact head measurements submitted by the client. Please ensure all measurements are accurate before submitting your order.
Important:
• We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client.
• If a wig must be remade due to inaccurate measurements submitted during checkout, a $100 reconstruction fee will apply.
• No exceptions will be made, as all units are custom-made specifically to the measurements provided.
To avoid fitting issues, we strongly recommend double-checking your measurements before placing your order.

Wig Sizing Policy
Ready-To-Ship Wigs:
All Ready-To-Ship wigs are pre-made and listed by size (Small, Medium, or Large) within the product description. Please review the sizing carefully before purchasing.
We are not responsible for improper fit if the selected size does not fit upon arrival, as sizing information is provided prior to purchase.
Made-To-Order Wigs:
For Made-To-Order wigs, clients are responsible for selecting their preferred cap size (Small, Medium, or Large) at checkout.
If you would like a more customized fit, specific head measurements must be submitted to 469-551-3377 before construction begins.
Please note:
• We construct all units based on the size or measurements selected/submitted by the client.
• We are not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect size selection or inaccurate measurements provided by the client.
• Any remake or resizing requests due to client error may require an additional $100 reconstruction fee.
