Q: Are all wigs glueless ?

A: All of our closure wigs can be worn glueless, all glueless wigs comes with an elastic band ! For frontal wigs , we recommend an install for better results,frontal wigs do not come with elastic bands unless requested !

Q: Are wigs handmade or machine-made?

A: Machine-Made

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All "Ready to Ship Wigs" ships next day,in some cases, it can be shipped same day. "Made to Order Wigs" Processing time is usually 3-4 business days, and shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on your location and if there is a holiday that week.When there is a Holiday, shipping may be longer than normal processing and shipping time. You will receive tracking by email once your order has shipped.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. If you need help, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Q: Do the wigs come pre-styled?
A: Yes! Our wigs are customized and styled before shipping. You may still need light touch-ups after unpacking.

Q: Do you offer wig revamp services?
A: Yes — we offer deep cleaning, restyling, lace replacement and more. Visit our Wig Revamp page to book.

Q: How long will my wig last?
A: With proper care, our wigs can last 1–3+ years. Longevity depends on how often it is worn and how it is maintained.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major debit/credit cards and Shop Pay. Payment plans and Buy Now Pay Later options are available at checkout if approved.
