Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.
If there is a mistake on our end (wrong item received), please email us within 24 hours of receiving your package with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item received
• A photo of the packing slip
Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund for the item.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen at checkout. Please review our sizing chart before purchasing.
Processing & Shipping
Processing time is 3-4 business days.
Once processed, orders ship within 3–5 business days depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed once shipped.
Styled wigs (curls or crimps) may slightly loosen during transit — this is normal and not considered damage.
If your wig is ready sooner, it may ship the next business day.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking has been issued, we are no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before submitting. We cannot edit orders once they are processed.
Custom & Revamp Services
Custom and revamp orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once work has begun.
Class Policy
All wig classes are considered a service and are non-refundable.
Once your class is booked, your seat is reserved just for you.
If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance and we can choose another available date.
No-show or last-minute cancellations will forfeit the payment.
