Refund Policy

NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ! ALL SALES ARE FINAL ! If there is a mistake we made on our end, you can return it within 1-3 days to be fixed at no additional cost. If you recieve the wrong item meaning you ordered one thing but got something else we ask that you email us a picture of what you got and the confirmation email you got after you placed your order. You have 24 hours to email us proof in order to recieve a refund. A refund of the item only will be issued once we view the proof. We are not held accountable if your wig fits too big or small after you have chosen the size.

Processing & Shipping

It takes 5-10 business days to process your order. After your order has been processed it will be shipped in 3-7 business days. Styled wigs with crimps or curls, that are shipped, may lose curls or loosing up due to packaging and amount of time in mailer. If the wig is ready to ship, it will be shipped the next business day !
